Each year, the University of Manitoba’s Distinguished Alumni Awards recognize alumni for outstanding achievement and commitment to community both here and around the world. The 2026 recipients reflect that enduring legacy—leaders advancing health care, sport, the arts, community care and Indigenous language rights. In every field and every community they touch, these alumni are Bisons at the centre.
